These terms apply to your use of Karaoke Dub (karaokedub.com). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
Karaoke Dub is intended for converting and singing music you have the rights to: upload your own songs and music, or others' works or remixes when they are Creative Commons–licensed or in the public domain (and you honour the licence's terms, such as attribution). You are responsible for making sure you have the necessary rights to anything you bring into the service. You keep ownership of your content; we only host and process it to provide the service to you and the people you share it with.
We comply with valid DMCA notices and other lawful takedown requests. If you believe content on Karaoke Dub infringes your rights, send a takedown request via the contact form or to support@karaokedub.com, including links to the content and details of your rights. We may remove content in response to a valid request and may suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe.
Karaoke Dub is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind and without any guarantee of accuracy or quality. Stem separation, lyric transcription and syncing, voice effects and scoring are automated processes and can be imperfect. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.
Current prices are shown on the home page in Australian dollars. Pricing may change to reflect our costs if they change, or as the product evolves; changes take effect for future purchases and renewals and will be posted on the site.
